Remote

The SMART-LOCK wireless remote is a handy accessory that extends any smart lock with convenient, hands-free locking and unlocking from a distance. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy, so locking and unlocking is possible from about 15 metres away — in practice, as you approach the door and press the button, the lock is released before you reach the handle. The long range means you don't need to walk right up to the door or launch a mobile app to open it, which is especially useful when your hands are full — coming back from shopping, pushing a stroller or carrying bags.

With the remote you can lock or unlock the device by pressing the marked buttons on the housing. Each press is confirmed by a colored LED, so you know the command was sent and received. The remote draws very little power and is highly durable — up to 10,000 cycles, which in typical home use translates to many years of trouble-free operation with no battery change or servicing required.

The device is compatible with all SMART-LOCK electronic locks, including fingerprint and PIN-code models. Multiple remotes can be paired to a single lock, so every household member can have their own — if one is lost, it can easily be deactivated from the TTLock app without replacing the lock or resetting the other credentials.
