S35B Tuya Electronic Lock

The S35B Tuya electronic lock is a variant of the popular S35B with Tuya Smart integration and a built-in Wi‑Fi 2.4 GHz module. Thanks to the Tuya platform you can control the lock from anywhere in the world via the Tuya Smart app — you don't need an additional gateway or hub, because the networking module connects directly to your home router. This is especially valued by users who want to manage access to an apartment, office or short-term rental remotely, in real time, with no need to hand keys over in person.

The lock features an advanced FPC fingerprint reader, a touch PIN keypad and support for Mifare 13.56 MHz proximity cards. Memory holds up to 200 fingerprints, 200 proximity cards and 150 individual PIN codes, which makes it a good fit for larger venues with high user turnover. Every access method can be granted and revoked from the app — creating permanent, time-limited, one-time or recurring access (e.g. for a cleaner on set days of the week).

Installation is almost non-invasive — no drilling into the door leaf, no wiring — so it typically takes under an hour. The device runs on four AAA batteries that last 8–12 months of daily use, and the Tuya Smart app warns you in advance about low battery. The elegant silver aluminium-alloy housing and the IP65 rating (full dust and water-jet protection) mean the lock also works well on exterior doors exposed to rain and temperature swings.
